Lock in your own craft score first, then watch the video essays
The best way to enjoy film criticism is to form your own opinion first. Score the storyline, performances, cinematography, and soundtrack on Movie Mates with your mates in the car park, then open the Reviewers playlist on the ride home to see whether your favourite YouTubers caught the same details.
No algorithm rabbit holes
Opening YouTube directly often pulls you into twenty minutes of unrelated shorts and rage-bait thumbnails. Watching inside MovieMates TV keeps the focus strictly on cinema.
